November 2016 saw us sign a National agreement with Skanska Facility for first tier supply.
In 2016 over 30 trainee recruitment consultants graduated from our Training Academy, 35 managers and future managers came through our management programme and 36 consultants graduated from the client visits course.

In August 2016 through the hard work and dedication from senior driving division team members in the Southern Region we received FTA accreditation.

January 2016 saw the official launch of Interaction Recruitment’s specialist Health & Social Care division. Growing a team initially from our Norwich & Huntingdon offices Derek Plunkett joins us with a wealth of experience to set up the exciting new venture.
Interaction Recruitment held its annual company conference in a new venue this year due to us outgrowing our old venue. It was a huge success celebrating the outstanding achievements of 2015 and setting the bar for what should be an even better 2016. A fantastic day and night was had by all and it was a true celebration of everyone’s accomplishments and management at the top level recognised some of our top performers.
“You’re Hired” - Our Peterborough temps consultant Amy-Jayne Elvestad this month was mentioned by Apprentice 2015 winner Joseph Valente on LinkedIn in February 2016. Over the last 8 years Interaction Recruitment’s Construction division has moved from strength to strength gaining momentum on a national basis. The teams across the office network work with both sub-contractors and large main contractors on site to help with the supply of temporary trades staff. Alongside this our white collar perms teams are winning new accounts and increasing our presence at the top level. With an extensive candidate database and new client wins Q1 of 2016 saw us launch our Construction division in Norwich, alongside some key recruits across the Southern and Midlands network for Construction.
